Usage
We only make use of your data in the processing of your order. Customer data is stored and
processed according to the "Data Protection Act 1998". Until such time that this is
cancelled, we use your e-mail address in order to send our own newsletter.
Information
You have the right, at any time, to free information, authorization, deletion or suspension
of your personal data. Please contact us at privacy@swoggi.com or send us your enquiry by
post or fax. Deletion requests cannot always be honoured because of trading and taxation
storage limit rules of up to 10 years. According to the Data Protection Act 1998, the
suspension of data is valid in such cases.
Disclosure of data to third parties
We do not provide your personal data (including home address or e-mail address) to third
parties without your expressed and at any time revocable permission. Exceptions are only made
for our service partners who require such data in order to complete an order process (eg. a
transport company responsible for shipping and a credit institute responsible for payment).

Publishing your name on our website
To protect your privacy Swoggi shall never publish, without your written consent, your
personal details, including but not limited to, your name and surname on the website or any
other place. For this reason if you are the Winner of an Auction, Swoggi will only publish
your nickname and town of residence. If you win one or more products, you may choose whether
to send us your comment and the authorisation to publish it on our website with your name and
photo. After having received your comment and consent to publish it, Swoggi shall have the
right to decide at its discretion, without any obligation, whether to publish your comment on
the site, and whether or not to publish your name and/or your photo.

We employ technical and security measures to protect the data that you have entrusted with
us, from random or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access from unauthorized
persons.

Cookies are used to store data about the contents of your shopping cart that can be accessed
when you next visit the site. When you log in or make a purchase on our site, we require your
